Who is responsible

This website (espierto.com) is operated by Alberto Orozco, Ireland. For any privacy-related questions, please contact albertoorozco7@gmail.com.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, I receive your email address, your message and, if present, a Google Ads click identifier (gclid). The message is delivered to my inbox through EmailJS (emailjs.com). This data is used only to reply to you (legal basis: your request, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement with Google Consent Mode v2. Your choice is collected with Cookiebot (Usercentrics). Until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored; only anonymous, cookieless signals may be sent. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer (legal basis: consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Cookiebot stores your choice in a cookie named CookieConsent. A functional cookie (lang_pref) remembers your language choice for 12 months; it is not used for tracking.

Advertising (espierto.com/countdown)

The Countdown Simple tool at espierto.com/countdown shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads, and, only with your consent, to personalise them. Consent there is collected with Google's certified consent message (IAB TCF), which you can reopen at any time with the "Privacy settings" link in that page's footer. More information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. No other page of espierto.com shows ads.

Hosting

The website is hosted by InfinityFree, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
